Lucas Li｜A* -- 0408 - Cambridge IGCSE World Literature

At the beginning of my IGCSEs I was a pretty solid English student, but my baseline test scores for the subject came in as a C. Naturally, I was worried about my overall grades for the rest of the course and feared that, even with lots of hard work, I wouldn’t be able to get higher than a low A grade and therefore be far off an A*. I needed help with picking out literary devices and the overall structure of my essays. With the help of Ms Jamie, I not only learnt more insightful and a wider range of devices, but also how to articulate my essays to deliver my points clearly and concisely.
